Shanghai Shangli Explosion Proof Motor Group Co., Ltd. brings together motor design, manufacturing and sales. With two wholly owned subsidiaries and production bases in Shanghai and Huzhou, we supply industrial electric motors for equipment manufacturers and industrial users.
Our portfolio includes flameproof and dust-protected motors, general-purpose three-phase induction motors, inverter-duty motors, high-voltage motors and permanent magnet motors. We help customers match motor specifications to their equipment, power supply and operating conditions.

01 / SHANGHAI
Shanghai Production Base
Established in 2003, our Shanghai base combines research and development, manufacturing, sales and service activities. Located in the Songjiang Furong Economic Development Zone, it has convenient access to the G15 expressway and regional transport routes.
The facility includes machining workshops, CNC equipment, production lines and motor testing facilities. Its motor range serves applications such as petrochemical processing, lifting equipment, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals and grain processing.

02 / HUZHOU
Huzhou Production Base
Established in 2018, our Huzhou base is located in the Taihu High-tech Industrial Park in Zhejiang. It adds manufacturing capacity to the group and supports the production of general-purpose and flameproof three-phase induction motors.
The facility includes machining workshops, CNC lathes, semi-automated assembly lines and a motor testing workshop. These facilities support component processing, motor assembly and inspection within the production base.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Our production facilities bring together component machining, motor assembly and material storage. The photographs below show workshop operations and the organisation of motor components within the factory.
Component Machining
Motor housings are positioned at dedicated machining stations. Component machining prepares the surfaces and dimensions required for subsequent fitting and assembly.
Motor Assembly Workshop
The workshop brings together motor housings, internal components and assembly workstations. Motors at different stages of assembly are arranged alongside the production line.
Motor Components & Work in Progress
Rotors and other motor components are grouped within the production storage area. Separate handling and storage of work in progress support the movement of parts between manufacturing stages.
Warehouse & Material Handling
Storage racks and designated floor areas accommodate motor components and production materials. The central aisle provides access for material handling within the warehouse.
INSPECTION & VERIFICATION
Testing & Quality Control
Our production facilities include electrical inspection equipment and motor performance testing facilities. Testing requirements depend on the motor design, applicable standards and agreed technical specifications.
Routine production tests and type tests serve different purposes. Please specify any required test reports, witnessed testing or additional verification when requesting a quotation, so that the scope can be confirmed before ordering.
Stator Electrical Inspection
A dedicated stator test system provides electrical inspection of stator assemblies. Test items and settings follow the winding design, insulation system and applicable inspection requirements.
Motor Test Systems
Motor test cabinets combine control screens and measuring instruments for electrical and operating checks. The applicable tests and reporting requirements are confirmed for the selected motor and project.
