How an order works
- Send your enquiry. Share the application, output, voltage and frequency, speed, mounting arrangement, enclosure or Ex marking, and quantity. A nameplate photo of the existing motor is also helpful.
- Technical confirmation. Our engineers confirm the motor configuration and send the quotation together with outline drawings and data sheets.
- Drawing approval and deposit. You approve the drawings and pay the 30% deposit by T/T. The lead time starts from this point.
- Production. Typical lead time is around 15–40 days, depending on the motor series, configuration and quantity.
- Testing and FAT. Every motor is tested before dispatch. If required, you or your inspector can witness the factory acceptance test.
- Balance payment. The 70% balance is paid by T/T before the goods leave the factory.
- Packing and shipment. Motors are packed in export wooden cases for sea freight and delivered FOB Shanghai, with the test report and product quality certificate.

The minimum order quantity is one piece, so you can order a single replacement motor, a sample for evaluation or a full project quantity.

Payment terms
Payment is by telegraphic transfer (T/T): 30% of the order value as a deposit before production starts, and the remaining 70% before the goods are shipped from the factory.
Incoterms and shipping
Quotations are made on an FOB Shanghai, China basis. Under FOB, Shangli delivers the goods on board the vessel at the port of Shanghai, and the buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance from that point.
Packaging
Motors are packed in standard export wooden packaging suitable for sea shipment. Please tell us about any special marking or packing requirements in your enquiry.
Factory acceptance test (FAT)
