Project Overview
This 2026 project in Venezuela features a Shangli motor installed as part of an oilfield wellhead drive system. The motor is mounted vertically and forms part of the surface equipment used to drive the downhole pumping system.
This case covers the motor application within the wellhead equipment. It does not describe Shangli as the supplier of the complete wellhead assembly or downhole pump.

Equipment Arrangement

The project equipment has a vertical arrangement. The upper red section contains the motor and associated drive components, the middle blue section forms part of the transmission assembly, and the lower green section is the wellhead equipment.
The motor supplies rotational power to the surface drive arrangement. Power is transmitted through the equipment to operate the downhole pumping system used for lifting well fluids.
The installation is presented here as a wellhead drive application. The specific downhole pump type has not been verified from the equipment nameplate and is therefore not identified in this case.
Motor Integration Considerations
A vertical wellhead drive requires the motor to match the mechanical and electrical requirements of the equipment manufacturer. Installation orientation alone does not define the motor's mounting designation, bearing arrangement or permissible shaft loads.
For comparable projects, the selection review should establish which loads are carried by the motor and which are supported by the separate transmission or thrust-bearing assembly.
Mechanical interface: mounting dimensions, shaft connection and coupling requirements.
Operating requirements: required power, speed, starting torque and duty cycle.
Electrical supply: voltage, frequency, starting method and any variable-speed control requirements.
Site conditions: ambient temperature, weather exposure, moisture and corrosion requirements.
Protection and approvals: the site's hazardous-area classification and certification requirements, where applicable.
These points describe the information needed for comparable motor enquiries. They are not a list of independently verified specifications for the motor shown in this project.
Project Documentation Scope
This case documents the motor application and equipment arrangement for the Venezuela project. It does not claim a measured energy saving, a specific operating lifetime or a verified production increase.
Model-specific electrical ratings and protection details should be taken from the supplied motor's nameplate and project documentation rather than inferred from its appearance or application.
Discuss a Similar Wellhead Motor Application
For an oilfield wellhead motor enquiry, send the drive equipment specification, required motor power and speed, electrical supply details and mounting drawing. For a replacement, include photographs of the existing motor nameplate and shaft connection.
Shangli's Huzhou-based team supports international enquiries, coordinating motor selection, technical clarification and quotations. The proposed configuration, required approvals and supply scope will be confirmed for the individual project.
