In autumn 2025, Shangli completed an upgrade of its explosion-proof motor production line. The work focused on machining accuracy, assembly efficiency and in-line testing, and according to our technical department it has shortened the production cycle by nearly 20%.
What changed
High-precision CNC machining centres for motor components.
A fully automatic stator impregnation system, improving the consistency and reliability of winding insulation.
In-line test equipment that monitors winding temperature rise, vibration and current during testing.
Automatic test records: the parameters and test report of each motor are recorded automatically, so every motor can be traced back through its production steps.
Products affected
The upgrade covers our main explosion-proof products, including the YB3 series flameproof motors and dust ignition-proof motors, from stator lamination stamping and rotor die-casting to final assembly and testing.
