Permanent magnet synchronous motors must be operated on a variable-frequency drive and cannot be started directly on the mains.
Cooling can be IC411 (self-ventilated) or IC416 (independent fan). Please confirm the speed range and load profile with us when selecting.
For the same output and speed, a TYCP motor can be one or two frame sizes smaller than an induction motor. If it must replace an existing induction motor on the same frame size, a same-frame version can be supplied; please state this in your enquiry.
